Lead times
To keep our prices low and avoid excessive cutting charges, all orders under £100 will be placed with our laser cutters at 12 noon every Friday. Processing can then take 6 working days before despatch. If you require your item quicker than this, please contact us before you place your order.
Eg: Order placed with us Monday 1st, ordered from our laser cutter Friday 5th, despatched to you by Monday 15th.
Refunds and Cancelled orders
Please check your order carefully. An automated email receipt is generated upon payment from PayPal, contaning details and specification of your order. As all metal is cut to your size requirements, we may not be able refund for incorrectly ordered items. This does not effect your statutary rights.
The surface of the metal may have numerous marks and imperfections due to the cutting process, storage and transportation. If you require a decorative, polished finish, please contact us before ordering.
Postage and Shipping
Please note, due to an issue with how PayPal calculates shipping charges, some postage charges may be over quoted and you may be elligble for a partial refunded after payment. If our charges appear excessive, please contact us and we wil be able to provide a more accurate quote.
Please contact us if you require delivery overseas, to the Scottish Highlands or to other hard to reach areas. Items are also available for collection from our West Midlands Factory. Some larger/unusual sized item maybe be available for collection only.
Due to the nature of the cutting process some sizes will be unavailable. If this is the case and full refund or alternative will be offered.
All prices include VAT.
* Please allow +/- 2mm tolerance. Mild Steel may have slight burrs, scratches and surface rust due to the cutting process.
